As far as Martin’s past is concerned he served whatever penalty was handed down over ten years before he even met Fred. Fifteen years after that for a total of Twenty-Five years in Martin’s past do you sit here and demand that Fred should somehow know what a typical background check would not uncover??…They only go back ten years! As far as civil suits, which successful businessman in this country has NOT been sued at one time or another for any host of reasons??
