Can anyone reasonably answer the question: What is the ideal “average temperature” for the earth? Does the concept of “average temperature” have a clear definition? And if both of those are answerable, and the ideal temperature is actually _warmer_ than the present one, doesn’t it follow that we should do whatever we can – including burning more fossil fuels if that works – to get to that temperature?
Just asking.
