I totally agree that we should not base global warming on a year or two or even the last 15 years and reward them for having the answer to what is causing global warming. Especially in light of the history of the earth being several Billions of years old, 1 year or 15 years does not seem significant enought when compared to the age of the earth compared to the past 15 years.
I am curious, as I learned in grade school that the earth goes in ice ages that cycle and can last millions of years. Can some one tell me what part of the cyle we are in and how many more years (millions?) we will be in it?
