Disillusionment? How about just delusion? That would describe the Republican party right now and the individual who just wrote this piece (of crap).
Are you guys serious? Lemme ask you something:
Who would you rather vote for huh? An underprivileged overachiever or an over privileged underachiever? Because the former won the election, while the latter decided to pick a completely incapable and unprepared running mate that helped sink his campaign. I can’t believe you actually have the never to say that democrats ignore facts when all you guys watch is Fox News.
And if one more moron blames the mortgage crisis soley on Clinton and the CRA I’m going to take off my shoe and beat them with it. You want to know how the mortgage mess really went down then read this:
http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/who_caused_the_economic_crisis.html
Oh no! Not the dreaded factcheck.org!! It’s run by liberals!!! Liars, liars!!! Yeah sure, that would be the default reaction, even though it isn’t true, but when has that ever stopped you guys from using it?
From Wikipedia:
“The president and chairwoman of the foundation, Leonore Annenberg, born in 1918, endorsed John McCain in the 2008 presidential election.”
Read something real for once instead of just making up shit.
Let me ask you another question: What would have happened if King George got his way and privatized Social Security? What would be left of it right now? I mean, it wasn’t bad enough that he raided the Social security trust to pay for the Iraq War, but he also would have basically wiped out what was left of SS if it was dependent on the market.
Bush has been President for 8 years, 6 of those with unfettered power in the form of a republican Congress. But for some reason he is never to blame for the pathetic state that this once great nation is now in.
Talk about delusion.
