What if there’s logic in the madness? What if the purpose of it was to provoke an India/Pakistani war? Could such a war be recast as a Holy War in Pakistan and useful to promote the establishment of a fundy government? Which side would India’s 200 million moslems take? Would a war have his additional bonus: the disruption of the land routes in Pakistan that NATO relies on to resupply the forces in Afghanistan? In sum, might the the people behind this calculate that when the smoke cleared they’d be rulers of a regional moslem superpower, possessing nukes, and incorporating Afghanistan and Pakistan?
