Dear Mr. Pelto:
You are so insightful! I have not graduated from high school, I’m in second grade elementary school. I’m 7 years old and live in a biiig banana republic (USA). Some highly educated citizens go by the name Pelto. They look smart but they don’t speak good English. I wonder why?
