I remember where I was and what I was doing when my social studies teacher came into the room, scrawled “President Kennedy has been shot,” and walked out.
I remember where I was and what I was doing when my co-worker came in and said someone had flown two airplanes into the World Trade Center. To which I replied, “Sounds like an act of war to me.”
But Lennon? Get realistic….
