I am not sure which is sadder; that bitter liars such as Carol Gould are given the space to spout their nonsense or that likes of Martge, Yeah well, lfred Adler et al are so gullible as to believe her (one of these people even claims to be a teacher, the mind boggles!!!).
The amount of ignorance spouted on this page in response to her article, not only about the UK but also about other Europeans, Muslims, Africans – in fact just about pretty much the rest of the world, could confirm all the worst clichés one could believe about Americans being ignorant cretins. Thank god they are not representative as Nov 4 proved.
In general the problem with a liar such as Ms Gould is that her “journalism” is so full of misrepresentation, half truthes and outright lies that to correct every error would take at leaast twice as long as it took her to write this trash.
