(From The Hague). I was really surprised by how crazy people over here are going as well. One of the Daily Dutch Language Commuter Newspapers actually did a “Special Edition” about Obama’s election with articles specifically about him, the US President, etc.
It seemed way out of proportion, I think it is because of the stereotype of what most Europeans have of the US.
