The behavior of gay activists in California right now is the best example at the moment for how vicious the left is toward its opponents. Clearly, one of the lessons they learned from the Civil Rights movement, which they are quick to compare themselves to, is that if you want to be respected by most of America, you need to be caught on video behaving like hateful barbarians toward those you say are oppressing you. Wasn’t it MLK’s man-handling of old white women that really convinced middle America of the righteousness of his cause?
