Places like Atlantic City that survive on taxation of visitors are engaging in the Taxation without Representation racket, and are no less reprehensible than little hamlets with a speed-trap designed to catch out-of-state visitors. Actually, they are worse as grand larceny is generally thought to be worse than the petty kind.
