What Ann said is what a Christian might say to a Jew when she is being honest and direct, and somewhat playful and mischievous, which the transcript appears to show. I’m Jewish and was not offended. I like people to express their beliefs to me directly. It’s much healthier than all this walking-on-eggs fakery we’re always subjected to. Real exchanges between people should be robust, but always with goodwill.
