Marc Malone,
Actually I started writing about this at #126. Every where you see Linda, that’s me. I hope you read everything I had to say because I could only talk in generalities. Only you and a Mike M. at #148 made any comment on anything I said.

I thank both of you for validating what I had to say. It seems that everyone else is still fighting the battle when we have obviously lost the war. But I have spent the last 16 years listening to Clinton trying to get out of a morals dilemma. My God, JFK took Marilyn Monroe to the White House, but they didn’t do it in the Oval Office and he received regular shots of Demerol for his back the entire time he was in office…which didn’t effect his judgment…probably helped it.

Bush’s problem was that he was a good Texas Governor (by the way, all governors of every state are considered Commanders in Chief of their National Guard…that is their official title). But too many things happened in his eight year term and his obstinacy took over and he quit listening to his Generals (my husband has worked in Joint Commands around the world with every one that you hear in the news…). As a naval intelligence officer…a Captain…same as a full Colonel…he had gone to college with at least 4 of them and ALL of them sang his praises to the highest. But that is where he obtained his knowledge of the candidates and left after 36 years. He could not work for a CIC that he has absolutely no respect for. ALL of the generals congratulated him and most of them retired before the election.

Makes one ponder the ramifications and what they all knew, doesnt’ it?

Thank you both,
Linda
