What’s to prevent ANYONE from scanning and showing the seals and signatures.
By the way. Most ‘seals’ I’m familiar with are physical impressions in a document. So they’d show through from BOTH sides of a document.
This is another indication that we cannot trust the word of this individual who puts themselves forward as the Hawaii SecHealth.
Look at your own birth certificate and see if there is a ‘seal’ on it. Is it of ink or a more physical impression?
