You have no ground to say that socialized medicine is “better”. It is probably the right choice for a number of countries for several reasons, but there is NOT a single reply that is good for everybody.

I’m not saying that every country has to use the same system, it’s the American people who have voted for it, even John McCain was campaigning for a form of socialised medicine.
You’re not convinced, that’s your right, i’m just presenting the facts that say the US system is by far the world’s most expensive and that those countries that provide universal taxpayer funded care have much lower bills.
