One more thing. FDR’s Republican predecessor was just as much at fault for the depression as FDR. The left likes to falsely paint him as a laissez faire conservative which is exactly the opposite of what he was. We was a big government Republican. FDR took what he started and ran with it. I think they were both decent people, but tragically misguided. I see a lot of parallels with where we are now.
