Actually, the Constitution is “living”, otherwise African-Americans would still be considered 3/5 of a white person and women (nor AAs) would not be able to vote… So, DIE, you are wrong. You have just described in your own post described the careful language chosen for the Constitution. Why is that? Because time passes and they framed this document to evolve. (To live)

And, happiest of joys, I will not have to live in an American with SCJustices of the Thomas, Scalia, Roberts and Alito veins, but of a liberal persuasion. That is joy.

And, no, I am not proud of America for the FIRST time in my life. Just for the first time in the past SEVEN years.

The Conservatives lost this election. Blame Obama all you want.

In the alternative, you can reflect upon yourselves and your party and ask WHY in state after state, county after county, this nation went “blue”. Review the Bush 2004 Electoral Map; look at 2008. Look at your party leaders and figure out what the Conservative side/movement needs.

I can easily say that I’m not into Pelosi, Hoyer, and others. I’m not a blind loyalist and am currently registed as “no party” affiliation. I can say that I LOVE Kucinich, Whitehouse and am sad that Chafee got the boot in RI (despite my Whitehouse love) in 2006 because of his “R” affiliation.

Can you look at your party, your leaders and criticize? Can you reflect upon yourselves that way?

In actuality, who is the “leader” of your party? Is it even McCain?
