Let’s Take Some Pride in Obama’s Election — No Matter Who We Voted For
Obama will be a centrist President who will not allow the balkanization of America. This will be important because our demographics are changing. Our leaders will have to bring us together not drive us apart. Republicans kicked people out of the tent until there there weren’t enough people left to hold the ropes. Conservatives labeled and discarded people without evaluating their worth. They let people on the fringes of the right kidnap the party. Obama will not allow the left fringe to do this. You’ll have to wait and see, on an Obama Presidency, just like me. If only I had had the prognostication skills that some of the posters claim. I would have gotten out of the market in time to save my 401K.
P.S. Is it that scary to have someone in power who simply does’nt look like you? It means you have to work to understand rather than stereotype, Minorities deal with it every day.
