“He has not yet spoken in favor of outright nationalisation of all means of production, but he certainly wants to control them without taking that final step, and I believe he is just waiting for the time to take that final step”
Actually GWB seems to have started that process for him already with the banking system, trditionally one of the main targets for nationalisation by communist parties.
