The irony is that the typical Ivy League graduate is something of a pseudoeducated intellectual slut. They merely raise their wet finger into the air to see which way the wind blows. Also, a high number of them are self-hating Americans who blame their own country for most of the ills of the world. Sucking up to the avant-garde Europeans is perceived to be far more important than being loyal to the U.S. Constitution.
Stephen Breyer, for instance, is a mediocrity. His contention that we should take seriously the insights of the international community and not rely solely on the U.S. Constitution is senseless. It ultimately turns a judge into an arbitrary dictator. However, many people are afraid to say that the emperor is not wearing any clothing. They are intimidated by Bryer’s Harvard University background. This is most unfortunate.
