A handful of fresh catnip leaves
A large paper bag
Bruise the catnip leaves until the juice starts to flow. Rub the resulting wad of moist catnip all through the inside of the paper bag.
The result is near-total catnip asphyxiation and a high that will blow your mind. Election? What election? You’ll hear the music of the spheres, baby.
