maybe this and maybe that is maybe not worth thinking about. In fact, democratization was begun (if you must dump on Dems) under Wilson, a long time before Bush. Bush simply tried to justify what he had done. I seriously doubt that Gore would have invaded Iraq if you plan to spectulate in order to take the heat off the worst war we have entered into.
