Having watched alot of US news channels over the past year i feel sorry for the American electorate..The media and the government in general treat the people with disdain..Afghanistan seems to be the forgotten war in your country,,it is also alot harder than Iraq yet it never seems to be mentioned..America seem to be divided in to left and right these days..All Americans should be proud of their country and its armed forces,,dont let politicians and the media divide you into left/right they have their reasons for dividing the people..As a Scotsman who lives in a left leaning country (not looney left like the US even the left in the UK support our troops) i say to my American cousins to unite and support McCain he isnt George Bush..God bless you all..By the way i am a socialist
