Thanks for the comments so far. All of you hit on good points, especially John, Maria and Myron. And David, to answer your question, yes, at least two of the Democrat congressman that won in Indiana are of the “blue dog” or “moderate” type. This of course means they have little to no say on policy in Madama Pelosi’s house. Then again, who knows how moderate they are as only one returned my emails seeking comments for this piece, and in the end, his press secretary rudely refused to comment after she considered the topic—as I noted in the piece.
