WashTimes: Homeland Security adviser Mohamed Elibiary behind TSA hijab exemption?

DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano appointed Mohamed Elibiary to her Homeland Security Advisory Council last month. Now the Washington Times suggests in an editorial this morning that he might be behind the TSA’s “hijab exemption”. Who is Mohamed Elibiary? I’ll let the Times explain:
