Part of the “outreach” programs (going back to the George Bush days) involved inviting Muslims not just to advise us, but to be part of the security apparatus. There are “devout” Muslims working in TSA (some Muslim leaders even given tours of secure installations), in the CIA, in the FBI, in the Defense Department, in DHS, and in the White House.
