Hard to believe these are Americans talking about each other. No, I don’t agree with Obama’s politics. No, I don’t think Bush has been a great President. No, I’m not sure McCain will be any better. But this rhetoric about civil war and socialism is just ridiculous. I think 9/11 threw a panic into Americans and they’re still panicking. The problem is, we can’t attack our enemies so we attack each other instead. Great strategy. Meanwhile, Al Qaeda is prospering and probably enjoying watching us destroy ourselves. All you people excoriating each other are just aiding and abetting Osama bin Laden – weakening us and strengthening him. He must be amazed at how well his plan has paid off. Probably beyond his wildest expectations. If we suffer another attack, it’ll be YOUR fault because you chose to fight each other instead of fighting our real enemies. Brilliant. But hey, at least your party will be in power. That’s all that counts, right?
