You keep insisting that you are a Christian and will vote “the Bible”, yet you stoop to cheap, racially laced, name calling. Additionally, you make a weak attempt to link McCain to the sanctity of marriage. However, it is widely known that he has had affairs and is divorced. While this is no reason to vote for or against a candidate, it points to the irrational arguments typically made by extreme fundamentalist Christians.
By closing your mind to anyone who doesn’t sound just like you, you are missing the wonderful lessons God/life has for us in the words of others. Only by eliminating backwards, isolating, blind beliefs can we address each other with respect and graciousness.
In my experience, extreme views lead to egotisical chest beating and hatred of anything that is slightly out of your limited experience.
Reading the Bible is fine, but go out among various peoples and FEEL God’s presence there, too!
