I was Republican until this race. I’m stunned at McCain/Palin attacks, often outright distortions (do they think people won’t fact check, that we can’t read for ourselves?) which made me have to admit McCain will sell his soul for Presidency. He doesn’t care about us — he wants to win. His judgement on everything has been less than one a President should exemplify and every ploy near backfires. He HAS been erratic! Why can’t we be realistic anymore?? Joe the Plumber? Not even a licensed plumber, makes $40K/yr, and would benefit from Obama tax policy. He hasn’t even paid his taxes!! and we’re all supposed to identify with such a sad gimmick? Now they want us to believe, hook, line and sinker, this brief interaction from how long ago? If Kalidi was such a threat and so repugnant, why did McCain give him nearly half million dollars himself?–so much less than the figure being thrown about Fox News as tied to Obama? I’m just so sick of the hypocrisy of my own party. If Obama’s daughter was unmarried and pregnant—Sean Hannity would still be gloating over what despicable parents the Obamas were—but it’s OK for his darling Sarah. What a joke….one that goes on and one. I’m ashamed of what this campaign has done to the rest of us who aren’t buying it anymore. Don’t even want to vote—let it be in protest to a shameful campaign and this Kalidi thing is just another case in point.
