For all the Obama supporters that can’t wait to “tax the rich”, remember those are the same people that choose to buy the yachts, the flat screen T.V.’s, eat at fine restaurants and leave tips etc. When they choose not to participate in these activities and you lose your job, please remember you asked for it. We tried this with the luxury tax last decade and it failed miserably when no one bought Yachts, bought expensive jewelry etc. It was rolled back because basic economics will teach you get less if you tax more. More tax, less jobs! See Michigan, Rhode Island, New Orleans etc. If you windfall profit tax Exxon, guess who pays, the customer. It is not possible to build yourself up by tearing others down. Never happens and if your doing it to make yourself feel better, that is sad.
