Actually there was a lawsuit filed in PA by Philip J. Berg attorney against Obama on Aug 21, 2008. 08-CV-4083 asking Obama to prove that he is a natural born citizen. The case was dismissed on Oct 24th, 2008 by Judge Surrick. Mr. Berg is appealing the dismissal of his case to the Supreme Court. As a small business owner, I am concerned about the even greater power the federal reserve has. It is always a scary thought that government controlled mortgages (fannie mae and freddie mac), banks,insurance companies and so on. Freddie and fannie were government enterprises that didn’t pay taxes, didn’t report their finances, overstated earnings by billions. Now, it looks like whoever gets to be president, it will be much more government scary!
