I got caught up in the spam filter on a recent post. I went to Ace of Spades and found a link about the LA Times concealing evidence of statements made…and a couple of the statements were “proposed”.
Again…I have no idea if they are true…all I know, is that it is incredible that the entrenched media would be so despicable.
If the videotape was of enough consequence to write about in the first…then it is of enough consequence to come clean about in its entirety. This yet again proves the depravity of the entrenched media. Journalistic Integrity is an oxymoron. They are intentionally hiding relevant information in order to fulfill a partisan whim. They hold the truth in their hands and twist it to their liking. No matter what your political persuasion, this is a dangerous precedent.
Our information stream has been degraded beneath the level of contempt.
If Senator Obama said something that DEMANDS an explanation, then he should be allowed to make it…because we should be allowed to evaluate it.
The excuses for not giving a FULL transcript, unfettered and unabridged…are absolute sophistry. They are a journalistic ethical disgrace. More stench of coverup. More stench of the conspiracy of silence. More reason to assume the worst, since we are not being told anything to come to any other conclusions.
The entrenched media is dying of a pernicious disease of their own making. They have been breathing only their own stale air for far, far too long.
