Your State Dept. source is not totally correct in saying the Station is on a complete lockdown. Although BW performs PSD for those folks, they are not “locked down” per se. Administrative missions will be hindered, however operational missions can be assisted by DoD personnel as required in the short term until Blackwater gets back to work.
