Try looking in Ohio law. Joe wasn’t REQUIREd to have his own license as long as he was working for and under the supervision of his boss, who IS (or perhaps was, according to recent reports) a LICENSED PLUMBER.
And nick, I’m STILL waiting for you to give us your real name, so we can start looking through your background, job record, parking tickets, overdue library books, grammer school detentions, etc. After all, you were the one who stated on another post that Joe’s life is an open book, so yours must be as well.
