Who’s been in control of Congress for the last two years? Who screwed up Fannie and Freddie? The key words in my question are “in control”; can you give an honest answer, even to yourself, or are you that blinded by The Great One’s bedazzling light? Or do you simply blog too much on the DailyKos?
“Bush lied”, you spew. You still actually believe that, when it has been shown that all the intelligence agencies in the world had about Saddam the same information that we had? But of course you don’t take stock of anything “that has been shown” and you never will, will you?
You believe that Bush is the worst president this country has ever had, and you have every right to your opinion, but what tune will you be singing when Obama down the road turns out to be not quite the savior that you believe he is? It’ll all be Dubya’s fault, right?
“Joe the Idiot”, you say. Why is he an idiot? Because he dared ask The Chosen One a question the answer for which the teleprompter had no scripted reply and his answer showed us what he’s really planning for this country?
You Obama supporters will rightfully rejoice when he is sworn in, but how long before your joy is tempered by the realization that everything he and his veto-proof Congress have planned for this country will screw us all, those who voted for him and those who voted against him, a thousand times more than Bush II ever has? I will be sad for me, but not for you, because you got what you deserved, and I didn’t.
