Language Control, the final chapter in Orwell’s 1984, where the ‘thought police’ place barriers on what can and cannot be said. The BBC in an effort to “make excuses” for Islamic terror places a disproportional amount of weight on western foreign policy. Helping to reinforce the manufactured illusion that individuals are ‘never’ responsible for their own actions shows the carelessness of their disingenuous reporting.
