Why don’t the Joe the Plumbers of the world know what is best for them? Poor dumb fools. They need the Robert Hurley’s of the world to look out for them. I think Robert Hurley, being so well informed and astute, should have cumulative votes. Four or five perhaps. So he can vote the best interests of the naive and incredulous Joe’s.
