Marshall and Hurley, et. al.

He hasn’t released his birth certificate…the Hawaiin “certificate of live birth” he’s posted on his website is not a birth certificate. It won’t qualify as a legal document of birth. Not acceptable to any government agency. Period. He can and should produce his Hawaiian birth certificate– a totally separate document that any American has.

Of course, the fear is that he wasn’t born in the U.S. His Kenyan relatives proudly claim they were at the hospital when he was born. Maybe they’re right, maybe they’re not.

Why no transcripts? College transcripts at the time denote the place of birth. My sense is that there is a lot of Marxist/socialist/race theory stuff on that transcript. That would have no traction with me, nor with many Americans. But not a natural born citizen of the U.S.? Well, that’s problem.

Marshall and Hurly and company, you are simple-minded fools, or you fear the truth. Go ahead– prove me just to be another rightwing nut. Release a copy of an authentic, legally acceptable Hawaiian birth certificate, and I’ll be the simple-minded fool. But there is no fear here. I don’t fear asking a very simple question that can be very simply answered. Nor should you.
