Okay, Joe (the guy who will pay less taxes under Obama) asked a question. It was answered by Obama.
THEN the McCain camp tried to make him a poster child for THEIR cause… THAT is why anyone even cared to learn more about “Joe” (not his real name after all)… It wasn’t the Dems that crawled up his but, it was the blogsphere and the media. If you’re going to put up a poster child, of course people are going to want to know more. HAD Joe been what he claimed to be, McCain would be waving him like a flag to this day. BUT now that he’s turned out to be a WHOLE LOT LESS, they’re trying to spin it that the Obama camp is trashing him.
The Obama camp trashed McCain for McCain’s proposed policies, NOT Joe the Plumber.
The INTERNET trashed Joe the Plumber because he is a fraud (when compared to his taped statements).
I’m begining to wonder if Republican’s can even understand spoken english anymore. Its becoming clearly obvious that no one in the McCain camp reads newspapers or the Internet.
OH, and BTW — the US TAX SYSTEM DOES “SPREAD THE WEALTH” and has done it forever. How the heck to you think those roads that you drive on, those schools that your kids attend and that phone line to your house was built? Did you personally pay for them or buy them from the last guy? NO, TAXES paid for them! Are any of you paying the salaries for local police or the military directly out of your pocket each month?
Only uneducated idiots would still be hamering this “spread the wealth” comment. If you don’t like it, go find a country that doesn’t tax its citizens and see how you like living in a mud hut down a dirt road and having to bribe local “officials” to keep your property safe.
