I don’t object to Joe working without a license when the law doesn’t require him to have one. I also don’t believe in union shops or agency shops. While I would never join a union, workers do have a right to organize. However, implicit in that right is the right to refuse organization and the right not to have your money seized by a third party for representation you do not want.
