Personally, I love any kind of genre as long as it’s well produced. However, I’m very much into blues, rock and dance music.
On the other hand in Khartoum, it’s hip hop and reggae that usually gets blasted in those parties. Most DJs don’t know crap about mixing but lately there have been some real rising talents though.
Be aware that heavy metal is a big fat red no. I get called Oreo sometimes by my Sudanese friends for being such a huge Metallica fan.
