I recently went to my neice’s gymnastic class, and on the wall it read, “The Joy of Winning Without the Fear of Losing.” My sister and I talked about that and agreed that there is no joy of winning without the fear of losing. She pulled her out and put her in a serious gym. She is now being pushed and really starting to improve and learn about hard work and determination.
Sure, it isn’t football, but even in something like gymnastics, the philosophy of the club is important.
