You know when you are working and know that your taxes will go to support a couple of people who are NOT, then that much money is drained from the economy. Money which could be used to help those who help themselves is siphoned off as crypto WELFARE. We have been down the welfare road, it is psychologically and economically destructive and destroys the fabric of society in a multitude of ways that ultimately impact on the economic well being of the hard workers. So it FALSE that we are giving anyone a leg UP, they are dragging the taxpayers DOWN. So you never get rich in socialism unless you are a George Soros…who wants to spread socialism around, not the wealth. He is running on more taxes and tax credit welfare and raising taxes on those who are trying to run a small business…all this in a recession where his party just passed a bailout for the FAT CATS. Now Colin Powell finds this economic policy steady and full speed ahead to socialism.
