The first para poses a good question. What happened to the Democratic party???
The FEW true Democrats left (i.e. Lieberman and his kind) have been so marginalized, and overcome, by the Left Wing of the party that they have no power. In effect there is no REAL Democrat effort to keep the party the party of Roosevelt and Kennedy.
And now poor Joe the Plumber has become another target of the LEFT. Pretty sad when the average citizen cannot question a political participant and not be savaged for it.
