Lincoln and Marx were wrong about labor coming first. An ‘idea’ forms first, then ‘labor’ assembles to ‘produce’ something of value. Then the value of the ‘something’ is shared disproportionately, according to one’s ‘contribution’ to the ‘something’ produced.
