Providing for equitable taxation does not equate to opposition to the working class. I’m amazed and amused that so many people who do not now nor ever will make $250,000 a year in personal income are up in arms about raising taxes on those who do. Everyone who makes less than that amount will see a savings in their taxes. We’ve had 8 years of “trickle down economics” that have culminated in near catastrophe and a bailout for Wall Street. Yet conservatives still whine about social programs for those in need while corporate welfare consumes the nation’s wealth.
