One thing is certain. Blacks in America will pay a dear price if an Obama presidency fails. Behavior patterns will show that Americans will judge all blacks by the works of Obama in a presidency. If he is a failure, or corrupt, or is shown to be more interested in promoting special interest groups &/or special personages, rather than actually accomplishing anything, then he will fail as those privilege payments are exposed. And even though the media is showing a 60% to 80% favoritism when reporting on Obama, once he is in office they will not be able to sweep his actions under the rug as easily.
The shame is there are numerous other blacks in politics who could have better represented blacks. By pushing this socialist, blacks risk all. If they are wrong, as many suspect they are, the resulting fiasco’s will be unfairly
“associated” with all blacks. And that will make it even more difficult for blacks with actual capabilities, to attain higher offices for decades.
The issue is not a black in office. The issue is “which” black in office. Obama does not show us a capability to effectively manage w/o using the typical Chicago style tactics that many know are as corrupt as the day is long.
Bush – Cheney were associated with Haliburton & the oil industry. Obama – Biden (although Biden is the real joke candidate among all of them), will be associated with organizer groups & corrupt activist political connections that build substandard housing or conduct useless help the poor programs that gobble up money while producing mediocre results, at best, under the false pretense of helping those who need a helping hand.
Its a shame that all blacks will be judged by the performance of a man whose political leanings look more Marx than Democrat!
But even more ironic is that blacks with real capabilities, such as Justice Clarence Thomas, are vilified as Uncle Toms or Oreo’s, when in fact they are really capable & intelligent persons whose knowledge & leadership talents go rebuffed by “the community” because people like Thomas adhere to conservative principles, which in the liberal mindset makes him & others traitors to being black. Seems conservative blacks are not “black enough,” because they are not liberals. Its a pathetic logic that undermines who people are, regardless of skin color. Guys like Justice Thomas are judged by there political skin color & not by the content of their personal performance character.
