When 911 happened I felt like my freedoms were curtailed. We traveled by rail instead of air, waiting for the next shoe to drop. The patriot act was passed and I felt a little safer. But then some of the eaves dropping got curtailed by the supreme court (thanks to the NY Times) and I felt less safe.
With Obama as president and the government fully in control of the democrats the fairness doctrine is a done deal. The libs complain about Bush taking away freedom, wait until Obama gets in office. But of course if a conservative can’t speak his mind that really isn’t censorship is it?
The winner of the decade is of course Osama Bin Laden. For a couple of million bucks he toppled the US and Europe and will get the US to elect the one man who can help him make Israel disappear.
Or as Samuel Jackson’s character said in Jurassic Park when he rebooted the computer “hang on to your butts.”
