It’s kind of hard to operate a camera when you’re being attacked. Been there. Done that. But I did get some camcordering of the initial effort. Then I had to put the camera into my pocket in order to prepare to receive the assault.
On the other hand, most other people are not quite as on-the-ball as we would like to would like to think. Witnessing an attack, they may not remember to whip out their cell=phones with camcorder capability to capture the action. Instead, some of them might actually get involved physically, as in rescuing the lady from her attacker.
Maybe next time you witness a crime, you’ll be a bit more ‘responsible’ and just take pictures.
