Jenny: The canidate you are voting for is drawing your tax money, it’s not me, i’m drawing my own money and i get a check on the 1st and the 3rd. I’m not able to work part time and my wife suffered a severe stroke and it takes most of what i draw to take care of me and her. All i’m waiting on is my 2 checks, Nov 4th to see Barack Obama win and the return of Jesus, either i’ll be dead or alive but He is coming for me.

If John McCain so disapproves of Social Security, why is he drawing almost $2K a month?
Won’t his wife give him any pocket money? Worth over $100 million? Wasn’t he one of the people explaining the Social Security system is broken? Isn’t he just making it worse?

(McCain’s 2007 tax return shows Social Security benefits of $23,157 for the year, an average of $1,929.75 a month. He said he started receiving the payments “whenever I was eligible.”[..]

McCain, who will turn 72 next month, was eligible to receive full-retirement benefits when he turned 65. In 2008, the maximum benefit for a person retiring at full retirement age was $2,185.>>>Best Answer – Chosen by Asker
